Self-Defence Courses
Self-Defence courses are set up in a block format,
six one hour classes over a set period. We offer separate courses for men and women in order to better
structure the classes to suit the needs of different individuals.
The class objective is to teach you self-defence that works for you and to make you understand just what you
are capable of in a self-defence situation. These classes are geared to build your self-confidence in a
self-defence situation, and to give you an idea of what to look for in a situation.
Unfortunately, due to training area restraints the classes are capped at 16 students so it is essential that
you contact me for class information and possible placement. The class needs an accommodating number of
students so everyone has a training partner and no one is left out. In order to do this, I ask that each person interested fill out this small profile located at the
bottom of the page, and include it in their email. Answering the questions below is important in order to
ensure that the classes are suited to each participant.
Disclaimer: K.M.M.A. promises to keep all information collected from the profile private and that the
information will only be used to better fit the training involved to the student’s needs.
